Location: Remote
Salary: £50,281 plus £4,598 market supplement and £4,613 London allowance
Contract: Fixed-term contract, up to 6 Months
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our growing Occupational Health team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health case management and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Conduct safety-critical and statutory medicals where required, including health screening and clinical assessments.
• Provide expert, evidence-based occupational health advice to managers and employees on fitness for work, workplace adjustments, and health-related issues.
• Support sickness absence management, return-to-work programmes, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in line with GDPR, professional standards, and organisational policies.
• Work collaboratively with managers, HR, and other stakeholders to promote a healthy and safe working environment.
• Remote working with travel to nearest location to you occasionally. 

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Occupational Health.
• Proven experience in occupational health, including case management and health assessments.
• Competent in conducting safety-critical medicals, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Strong understanding of occupational health legislation, health surveillance, and clinical best practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while managing a varied and busy caseload.
